We require 6 hours notice to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling, OR rescheduling your appointment inside of 6 hours prior to your appointment time, will result in a 20%FEE. No shows will be charged 50% for all scheduled services. PMU services requires 48 hour notice to cancel or rescheduling, changes to the service will result in $100 FEE. By giving us your credit card information and agree to the policy, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card.

We ask that you come for your appointment alone, friends and significant other are not allowed in the service rooms. Waxing services can be very delicate and personal in addition our rooms are small.

For safety reasons we please ask to not bring your kids with you. Employees and estheticians are not responsible for kids that are left in the lobby unsupervised.
